Price and availability mismatches
Compare submitted feed values with product-page content, structured data, sale pricing, currency and stock updates. Investigate delayed syncs or variant-level differences that can trigger mismatches.
Merchant Center management for Shopify, WooCommerce and other online retailers. I investigate product disapprovals, feed mismatches, missing identifiers, shipping and returns settings, and account-level issues—then prioritize corrections supported by Google's diagnostics.

Illustrative troubleshooting board — not an actual Merchant Center account
Merchant Center collects product data and applies destination-specific requirements before items can appear in eligible Google surfaces. An item can be missing, limited or disapproved because the feed disagrees with the landing page, required attributes are incomplete, shipping details are inconsistent or a policy issue needs attention.
My work starts with the exact issue and affected item IDs, not a generic promise to “fix every suspension.” I check whether the problem originates in your store, feed app, supplemental data, Merchant Center settings or site policies.
Each category has different causes. The solution should follow the account's diagnostics and Google's published requirements, not a copied checklist applied to every store.
Compare submitted feed values with product-page content, structured data, sale pricing, currency and stock updates. Investigate delayed syncs or variant-level differences that can trigger mismatches.
Check whether products have manufacturer-assigned identifiers, whether identifiers are valid and how items without GTINs should be represented. Never invent GTINs to satisfy a warning.
Review the exact product or account-level policy reason, relevant landing pages, contact details, business transparency and checkout experience. Changes and review requests must address the underlying issue.
Compare Merchant Center shipping services, rates, delivery regions and return-policy information with what shoppers actually see. Check country-specific requirements and exceptions.
Audit the Google product-sync app or feed plugin, selected destinations, item IDs, variants, scheduled updates and product exclusions. Trace whether changes should be made in the store or feed source.
Improve accurate product titles, descriptions, categories, images and custom labels where relevant. Identify eligible products missing from campaign inventory without adding unsupported claims or misleading keywords.
Product eligibility, policy review and feed optimization are separate tasks. I document which issue is being addressed and how we'll know whether the correction was accepted.
Review account and product notices, affected destinations, item IDs and recent feed changes.
Compare store pages, product source, feed attributes, policies and shipping settings.
Update appropriate store, feed or Merchant Center settings; request review when warranted.
Recheck item status after processing, note remaining issues and prioritize affected products.
Merchant Center work concerns product sources, attributes, destinations, policy notices, shipping and eligibility. Google Shopping Ads management concerns campaign structure, bidding, product-group decisions and advertising performance.
For retailers needing coordinated feed and campaign work, see Shopify PPC management or Performance Max management. These services are related but have distinct deliverables.
For stores with many products, I prioritize issues by the number of affected items, commercial importance and whether the cause is shared across the catalog.
The submitted price may differ from the landing page, structured data, selected variant, sale price or currency. I compare the exact affected item and feed update history before choosing a correction.
I can audit the notice, business information, product claims, site policies, checkout experience and other relevant requirements. I cannot promise reinstatement or override Google's review decision.
No. Requirements depend on whether the manufacturer assigned an identifier and the applicable product rules. Valid identifiers should be submitted when they exist; fabricated GTINs are not a solution.
It depends on the source of truth. If a sync app overwrites Merchant Center changes, the durable fix may belong in Shopify or the feed tool. I trace the product source before editing.
No. Approval makes eligible inventory available for applicable destinations; advertising results also depend on demand, competition, product economics, bidding and landing-page experience.
Yes. I can review an established account's diagnostics, product sources, eligibility, settings and links to Google Ads, then recommend prioritized corrections based on the actual issues.
